Bridge Closed for Construction & Rehabilitation!

The Black Covered Bridge (5401 Corso Road) is getting the facelift that it deserved, starting on Tuesday, May 27th.

Work could last 90 days, so be sure to plan your alternate routes!

Thanks to the City of Oxford's Service Department for keeping an eye out for monitoring the safety and integrity of the bridge, evaluating ways to reduce long-term maintenance of the bridge, and for making the needed repairs so that we can continue to use and enjoy this beautiful and historic Oxford landmark.
